Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! If you're in London I have a few options for you.
Free Local Contact free mailbox/porch drop for orders over $50.00, I do deliveries roughly once per week. You can select this option when you check out in the shipping section.
I also offer local pick up from the spruce moose booth at the western fair market, every Saturday from 8:00 am - 3:00pm and sundays 10:00am - 2:00pm. Spruce moose booth is located at the top of the main stairs, and you will receive a notification when your pickup is ready.
What is your Return Policy?
Customer is responsible for covering shipping costs to return their item, returns must be initiated within 30 days of the shipped by date (the date the customer receives confirmation that their order has been sent).
I am not liable to refund any returns that do not arrive back to me. Please keep this in mind as you choose your return shipping options. If your item gets lost in the mail and you chose a shipping options without tracking that is an unfortunate case, but will not be covered by me. I recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking, or if you are local to London ontario I am happy to receive your return in person.

Why are the shipping prices different?
Shipping prices are done by weight and calculated automatically by shopify's built in shipping calculator. If you feel your order is overcharged for shipping please send me an e-mail at softflirting@gmail.com.
I ship using Canada post and have updated my shipping so that all packages except small envelope items (stickers, pins patches etc.) ship with tracking within Canada .
With the current state of the world this is the most secure way to ensure that you receive your order and are able to make sure you know when it will be arriving.
Small items like stickers, pins, patches will be sent via canada post letter mail and as such I am unable to give you any tracking information for these items.
What size should I buy?
People ask me all the time what size they should buy and the biggest truth is I can't tell you! My best recommendation is to take a look at my sizing charts (see below) for the item you're considering purchasing and compare the measurements there to an existing similar style item you own that you like the fit of. Keep in mind how long you have owned the item, and if it is something that fits snug I recommend sizing up to compensate for any shrinkage when you wash your new soft flirt items!
What's the best way to wash and care for my soft flirt items?
I will always include a care instruction tag with any sensitive soft flirt items but my recommendation across all items is to wash them in the following manner:
-- inside out
-- cold water wash
-- hang or lay flat to dry
-- when ironing avoid all printed areas or decorated areas.
The reason I caution against high heat dryer, or using an iron on your soft flirt items is due to the inks and other materials I use to create your items. Heat can cause cracking, melting, or pick up dyes and textures from other surfaces if ironed from the back.
Generally steam is okay to use to get out any wrinkles if you would like to use a steamer.
If you use these methods to care for your soft flirt items they will stay looking beautiful for a long time! I hope that these items can bring you joy in the long term and you get many years out of them!
Where can I buy soft flirt items?
This website will be home to the most updated product listings moving forward but I will be keeping my Etsy shop as well for the time being while I transition everything over to this shopify website.
The soft flirt etsy shop will be home to made to order items, non-size specific items and will also act as a sale depot for discontinued designs.
Can I shop soft flirt in person?
I am currently operating without a physical store space for soft flirt, having closed my market booth at the western fair market here in London as of January 2021.
I will be looking to create a shop/studio space in the future but will be focusing my attention on online sales until a time when I find the right space to build a soft future!
If you're really itching to get your hands on some soft flirt from a physical store I have limited items at two locations Studio 205 in Hamilton Ontario and a collection of collaborative items at spruce moose in the Western fair Market and in his online shop.
