All shipped orders will be sent out via Canada Post, orders are typically packed on a weekly basis and shipping goes out roughly once a week.
All relevant tracking information will be emailed to you in your shipping notification update email if this applies to the shipping option for your order.
Some orders will ship without tracking (letter mail & lowest tier US shipping options)
Shipping wait times can vary and are at the mercy of Canada Post and your local postal service and are not controlled by Soft Flirt.
Local Delivery is free for orders $35.00+ contact free ONLY - this means porch/mailbox drop offs, no apartment buildings with buzzers sorry!
